Role Overview
As a Principal Salesforce Engineer, you will architect and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Cambium Learning Group business units, driving innovation across the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across Sales, Revenue, and Service Clouds.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Drive Salesforce Center of Excellence initiatives and reusable best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Flows.
- Experience implementing AI capabilities within Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, version control, and deployment pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
