Role Overview
BrainPOP is building an AI-first go-to-market engine, and the Lead GTM Engineer will own the technical architecture and strategic direction of the entire GTM stack. This role connects data signals to pipeline and revenue through integrations, automation, and AI-powered tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design GTM data flows, integration logic, enrichment workflows, and automation
- Own the architecture of the GTM technology stack
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Data Analytics
- Make long-term architectural decisions to support company scale
Work Arrangement
Based in NYC HQ or remote within approved U.S. states. Eastern Time preferred with quarterly travel to NYC.
Compensation
USA Pay Scale: $130,000–$145,000 USD per year.
