Role Overview
Stride K12 partner school Digital Academy of Texas (DATX) is seeking an At-Risk Instructional Coach to support teachers and improve outcomes for at-risk students through data-driven, inclusive instructional practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate weekly with teachers to improve implementation of state standards.
- Provide coaching in lesson planning, instructional delivery, and differentiation.
- Develop and deliver virtual professional development.
- Analyze assessment data to reduce achievement gaps for at-risk students.
- Facilitate PLCs and collaborative teacher communities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience.
- Active SS or Science State Teaching License.
- Residency in Texas preferred; surrounding states considered.
- Ability to travel up to 20–30%.
Additional Information
This is a remote, full-time position funded by State Compensatory Education funds for the 2026–2027 school year.
