Role Overview
The Associate Vice President/Vice President for Partnership Development (AVPPD) provides strategic leadership to drive the growth and execution of university partnerships that advance Verto Education’s mission and enrollment objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new partnerships with top-tier universities.
- Lead full partnership growth strategy from outreach to long-term sustainability.
- Serve as senior liaison and thought leader with university enrollment executives.
- Collaborate internally to align programs and services with partner needs.
- Represent Verto at conferences and executive-level engagements.
- Forecast partner enrollment and student matriculation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 10–15+ years of higher education leadership experience.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven success leading complex initiatives and teams.
- Strong network across enrollment management and higher education.
- Ability to work 100% remotely within U.S. time zones.
- Willingness to travel up to 50–75% during peak periods.
