Role Overview
The Admissions Team Lead manages a team of Admissions Counselors to achieve enrollment goals while maintaining high operational and cultural standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly manage 7–10 Admissions Counselors with coaching and support
- Oversee pipelines, conduct reviews, and ensure accurate records
- Monitor performance and support prospective students effectively
- Communicate updates, processes, and hold accountability
- Develop counselors through coaching, training, and mentorship
Requirements
- Extensive experience in admissions recruitment or high-volume sales
- Prior leadership experience with direct reports
- Strong communication, analytical, and coaching skills
