Role Overview
PowerSchool is seeking an Education Impact Consultant to support K-12 partners by driving adoption and effective use of educational technology solutions. The role focuses on consulting, customer success, and improving learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a client-facing subject matter expert supporting product adoption and awareness.
- Consult with school and district stakeholders on best practices and solution usage.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to align goals with district missions.
- Provide data analysis and reports to track progress against goals.
- Support escalations and identify risks impacting customer retention.
- Facilitate user group webinars and share product best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2–3 years of educational technology experience.
- Experience with PowerSchool Schoology platform.
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and support multiple client engagements.
