Role Overview
Aurora is seeking a Senior Training Program Manager to lead the design, development, and execution of training programs for a global Mapping Operations workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end training strategy from onboarding to continuous learning
- Design scalable learning frameworks for distributed teams
- Develop structured training plans aligned with evolving workflows
- Create engaging instructional content and assessments
- Define training KPIs and measure operational impact
- Partner with Operations, Product, Analytics, and Engineering teams
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in training program management or instructional design
- Experience with large, globally distributed technical teams
- Strong content development and KPI tracking skills
- Ability to travel 2–4 weeks per year

This role operates in a hybrid work environment with in-office presence at least three days per week.
