Role Overview

Aurora is seeking a Senior Training Program Manager to lead the design, development, and execution of training programs for a global Mapping Operations workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end training strategy from onboarding to continuous learning
  • Design scalable learning frameworks for distributed teams
  • Develop structured training plans aligned with evolving workflows
  • Create engaging instructional content and assessments
  • Define training KPIs and measure operational impact
  • Partner with Operations, Product, Analytics, and Engineering teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in training program management or instructional design
  • Experience with large, globally distributed technical teams
  • Strong content development and KPI tracking skills
  • Ability to travel 2–4 weeks per year

Additional Information

This role operates in a hybrid work environment with in-office presence at least three days per week.
