Brightwheel is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own a company-critical product area and lead AI-powered, product-led growth initiatives in early education.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a high-impact, company-critical product area influencing growth and customer outcomes
- Partner with executive leadership to shape product strategy and alignment
- Lead strategy and execution for AI-powered product experiences
- Define success metrics, run experiments, and communicate learnings to leadership
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Experience building or scaling AI-powered product experiences
- Strong product judgment and comfort with metrics and experimentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
