This role combines design expertise, content awareness, and AI skills to create prompts and behaviors that improve administrative efficiency and support faculty and staff adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and refine prompts for large language models (LLMs)
  • Create AI-driven interactions such as chatbots and voice assistants
  • Test, iterate, and optimize LLM performance
  • Build prototypes and conduct usability testing
  • Implement scalable AI solutions using Python, APIs, and Git
  • Ensure AI solutions meet accessibility, privacy, and ethical standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HCI, IT, or UX/UI Design
  • Three years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Knowledge of LLM architectures, NLP, and multimodal AI
  • Proficiency in Python, APIs, and version control
