Role Overview
Go1 is seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to lead and scale its global SDR function. This fully remote role is based in the US Eastern Time Zone and focuses on people leadership, pipeline impact, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a distributed SDR team across the UK and US
- Hire and onboard 2–3 US-based SDRs and support future growth
- Own outbound strategy, pipeline motion, and performance metrics
- Manage SDR tooling and workflows in partnership with RevOps
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and GTM leadership
Requirements
- Proven experience managing SDR teams in SaaS or high-growth environments
- Strong coaching, hiring, and people leadership skills
- Comfortable leading remote, distributed teams across time zones
- Data-driven and process-oriented mindset
- Must be located in the US Eastern Time Zone
