Role Overview
Craft Education is seeking a Manager of Technology to lead engineers on product development and integration teams supporting apprenticeship degree platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineers across front-end, back-end, QA, cloud, software, and data engineering.
- Provide technical vision, standards, mentoring, and team management.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure secure, scalable, high-availability systems with ADA compliance.
- Oversee system testing, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Recruit and hire engineering team members.
- Adopt AI code development practices.
