Role Overview
As a key member of Curriculum Associates' Major Projects Office, the Senior Transformation Manager supports enterprise-scale transformation initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead highly complex, cross-functional transformation projects from conception through implementation
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks, and governance
- Implement CA's Transformation framework including process optimization and future-state definition
- Support communications, stakeholder engagement, and change management activities
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and analytics to drive operational efficiency and decision-making
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in transformation, project management, or change management
- Strong strategic mindset and business acumen
- Experience with transformation and change management methodologies
- Ability to manage executive-level stakeholders and complex change initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and advanced analytics
