Role Overview
The CRE Teacher is a state-certified or alternatively certified CTE educator responsible for delivering online instruction to K–12 students at Texas Virtual Academy of Hallsville (TVAH), a Stride K12 partner school.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver subject-specific online instruction aligned to state and industry standards
- Monitor student progress using K12 learning management systems
- Communicate regularly with students and parents
- Prepare students for state assessments and administer exams
- Maintain academic records and progress reports
- Participate in virtual and face-to-face meetings and training
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Three years of successful virtual teaching experience or equivalent
- Valid Texas teaching certification
- Strong communication, organization, and technical skills
- Ability to travel up to 20%

This is a full-time, home-based position with occasional travel within Texas.
