Role Overview
The Alaska Small Business Development Center (SBDC) seeks an AI Implementation & Support Specialist to support development, integration, and operation of AI solutions serving Alaska’s urban and rural communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support development, implementation, and operation of AI platforms
- Troubleshoot issues and maintain system reliability and security
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into AI-enabled solutions
- Gather, document, and analyze data supporting AI initiatives
- Develop and deliver AI training sessions to diverse audiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Alaska
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field
- Two years of relevant experience or equivalent combination
- Experience working with APIs and AI service integrations
- Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills
Additional Information
Full-time, term-funded position based in Anchorage, Alaska. Hybrid work may be approved for Alaska-based employees. Occasional travel required.
