Role Overview

The Alaska Small Business Development Center (SBDC) seeks an AI Implementation & Support Specialist to support development, integration, and operation of AI solutions serving Alaska’s urban and rural communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support development, implementation, and operation of AI platforms
  • Troubleshoot issues and maintain system reliability and security
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into AI-enabled solutions
  • Gather, document, and analyze data supporting AI initiatives
  • Develop and deliver AI training sessions to diverse audiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Alaska

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field
  • Two years of relevant experience or equivalent combination
  • Experience working with APIs and AI service integrations
  • Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills

Additional Information

Full-time, term-funded position based in Anchorage, Alaska. Hybrid work may be approved for Alaska-based employees. Occasional travel required.
