Role Overview
The AI and Technology Training Associate advances firmwide understanding and adoption of artificial intelligence and modern technology tools. Reporting to the AI Enablement Lead, the role designs, coordinates, and delivers learning programs that build digital fluency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver AI and technology learning programs
- Create and manage training materials
- Facilitate live and virtual training sessions
- Coordinate learning paths across departments
- Advise stakeholders on training priorities
Additional Information
- Based in New York office with hybrid flexibility (2 days remote)
