Role Overview
Paper is seeking a dedicated Program Designer to develop and oversee its Guided Results-Oriented, Weekly High-Impact Tutoring (GROW) programs for school districts. This role partners closely with Customer Success, Sales, and cross-functional teams to design effective, scalable tutoring programs that meet district goals and student needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with district partners to understand objectives and translate needs into effective tutoring program designs.
- Lead high-impact tutoring interactions during pre-sale and post-sale design processes.
- Support sales calls as a subject matter expert on the GROW High-Impact Tutoring program.
- Develop detailed project plans with timelines and milestones, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Use program management tools to track progress, responsibilities, and deliverables.
- Lead onboarding and enablement sessions for school and district stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams across sales, academic, and operations functions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Administration, Business, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an educational setting.
- Strong project management and program design experience in education.
- Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
