College Board is seeking Associate Directors of Business Partnerships to help scale Teamship, a work-based learning program connecting students with real-world business challenges. This is a full-time, fully remote role within the USA.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective business partners
- Recruit and convert partners through clear outreach and communication
- Match business partners with Teamship programs for high-quality student experiences
- Onboard, schedule, and support partners for smooth program delivery
- Improve systems and workflows to support program scalability
