Role Overview
The Regional IT Administrator manages and maintains endpoint devices and network infrastructure to support virtual or hybrid schools across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage network infrastructure including servers, switches, firewalls, and storage.
- Deploy, configure, troubleshoot endpoint devices and solutions.
- Maintain asset inventory and manage lifecycle replacements.
- Provide escalated IT support and 24/7 on-call support when required.
- Manage vendor relationships and travel onsite when necessary.
Requirements
- Three years of relevant IT experience.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Intune, Entra ID, and Windows 11.
- Strong understanding of networking, hardware, and software.
- Ability to travel approximately 20%.
- Must reside in the state of Ohio.
