Role Overview
The Senior Enterprise Operations Manager is a self-driven leader focused on scaling and improving operational efficiency across ExploreLearning | Learning A-Z. The role partners cross-functionally to enhance processes, infrastructure, and customer support capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and document current processes, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement policies and procedures to improve day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate efforts across sales operations, customer success, marketing, engineering, and content teams.
- Prioritize and track infrastructure and process improvement projects.
- Partner with the project management office on scope, requirements, and resource allocation.
- Communicate progress and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in operations and process-focused roles.
- Experience in a technology-based company.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Preferred degree in business or industrial engineering.
