Role Overview
The Intervention Teacher delivers targeted math and reading interventions to at-risk K–12 students in virtual synchronous and asynchronous environments for Texas Online Preparatory School.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live Class Connect instruction for at-risk students
- Analyze assessment data to plan intervention sessions
- Track student progress and maintain documentation
- Collaborate with school teams, PLCs, and MTSS reviews
- Build relationships with students and families
Requirements
- Active state teaching certificate
- Bachelor’s degree with two years relevant experience or equivalent
- Ability to work remotely full time and travel up to 20%
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Additional Information
This is a full-time remote position, strongly preferring Texas residents, with a base salary of $49,000 plus eligibility for a performance bonus.
