Role Overview

Nerdy is seeking experienced Sales Representatives to guide families toward personalized learning solutions through a consultative, quota-carrying sales role. This fully remote position owns the full sales cycle from outreach to close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume discovery calls with prospective families
  • Apply consultative selling to uncover needs and recommend solutions
  • Build trust and urgency through value-driven conversations
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Training & Schedule

  • Paid virtual training (6 weeks)
  • Permanent split-shift schedule after training

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years sales or business development experience preferred
  • Proven success in quota-carrying roles
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Stable, distraction-free remote environment
