Role Overview
Nerdy is seeking experienced Sales Representatives to guide families toward personalized learning solutions through a consultative, quota-carrying sales role. This fully remote position owns the full sales cycle from outreach to close.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume discovery calls with prospective families
- Apply consultative selling to uncover needs and recommend solutions
- Build trust and urgency through value-driven conversations
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Training & Schedule
- Paid virtual training (6 weeks)
- Permanent split-shift schedule after training
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years sales or business development experience preferred
- Proven success in quota-carrying roles
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Stable, distraction-free remote environment
Compensation & Benefits
- $41,600 base salary plus $12,000 annual variable target
