Role Overview
The Enrollment Coordinator / Registrar supports school administrators by processing student enrollments and withdrawals, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage organized school records
- Coordinate with registrars for missing documents
- Ensure compliance with state Department of Education requirements
- Process records requests from external agencies
- Conduct regular file reviews and audits
- Communicate with parents while maintaining confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with FERPA
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of related work experience or equivalent combination
- Ability to pass background check
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Additional Information
This is a full-time, remote position supporting Missouri Virtual Academy (MOVA), a Stride K12 partner school. Standard work hours are typically 9-5 or 8-4.
