Role Overview
Superhuman is seeking a Head of Partner Solutions to lead global channel strategy and partnerships, expanding Grammarly’s business model through consulting, services, and selling partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute a multi-year global channel strategy
- Lead and grow partner solution teams and market leaders
- Develop partner programs, accreditation, and go-to-market initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, enablement, services, and operations
- Drive partner and direct sales collaboration and market expansion
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in partner sales or business development
- Enterprise software vendor background
- Proven leadership in building global partner ecosystems
- Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
