Role Overview
C3 AI is hiring a Technical Curriculum Developer to join its Training team, designing and delivering hands-on learning experiences for developers, architects, and data scientists using the C3 Agentic AI Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver real-world learning experiences including labs, projects, and interactive exercises.
- Build and maintain technical training content such as courses, videos, and code packages.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and subject matter experts to align training with platform features.
- Apply instructional design principles and content creation tools to enhance learner engagement.
- Collect feedback and iterate on content to improve effectiveness.
- Develop training code and applications for AI-driven industry solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in education, engineering, computer science, or related field.
- 2+ years creating technical educational content for developer audiences.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts.
- Experience with object-oriented programming, web development, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Proficiency with tools such as Lucid and Camtasia.
Additional Information
California Base Pay Range: $102,000 - $140,000 USD. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
