Role Overview

Cambium Learning Group is seeking a Benefits Manager to oversee and continuously improve health, welfare, leave of absence, and wellbeing programs. This role reports to the VP, Total Rewards & People Operations and partners cross-functionally to deliver scalable, compliant, and employee-centered benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as end-to-end owner of leave of absence and accommodation programs.
  • Manage vendor relationships, performance, compliance, and employee experience.
  • Improve processes through automation and vendor capability optimization.
  • Develop benefits content, education, and engagement strategies.
  • Build and advance a cohesive wellbeing roadmap.
  • Analyze utilization data and trends to inform program improvements.
  • Ensure compliance across health and welfare programs.
  • Support Open Enrollment execution and communication.

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing employee benefits programs.
  • Experience with multi-vendor environments and leave administration.
  • Strong analytical and process improvement skills.
  • Experience with Workday benefits administration preferred.
