Role Overview
Reporting to the AVP & Treasurer, the Associate Director, Systems Support provides leadership and strategic direction for treasury systems, analytics, and integrations supporting Texas State University.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for treasury systems operations and analytics
- Analyze large data sets to inform senior management financial decisions
- Design and maintain integrations between SIS and third-party vendors
- Lead testing cycles for system upgrades and regulatory updates
- Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency
- Support compliance and reporting requirements
Required Qualifications
- Technical knowledge of Texas State University SIS systems
- Proficiency with SQL and reporting/dashboard tools
- Demonstrated supervisory experience
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Project management experience
- Experience with analytical tools such as AI
- ERP/SIS implementation or upgrade experience
