Role Overview
The Teacher is a state-certified educator responsible for delivering Social Studies instruction in an online environment for Florida Cyber Charter Academy (FLCCA), a Stride K12 partner school.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide synchronous and asynchronous online instruction
- Personalize learning and differentiate instruction
- Monitor student progress using the learning management system
- Communicate regularly with students and parents/learning coaches
- Prepare students for standardized assessments
- Travel occasionally for testing and professional development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Active Florida teaching license (5-9 or 6-12 Social Studies)
- Ability to clear background check
Additional Information
This is a full-time, virtual position starting July 2026 with a salary of $47,500 per year plus bonus potential.
