Role Overview

As a Client Success Manager (CSM) at Absorb, you will own client relationships while driving LMS adoption and measurable learning outcomes in a B2B SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop trusted, strategic relationships to drive retention and loyalty.
  • Manage the client lifecycle from onboarding through renewal.
  • Guide clients in designing and optimizing learning programs using Absorb LMS.
  • Measure program effectiveness and demonstrate ROI.
  • Deliver training, best practices, and enablement sessions.
  • Monitor client health, identify risks, and create action plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Professional Services.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS, ideally LMS or EdTech.
  • Background as a Learning & Development practitioner.
  • Strong client-facing and consultative skills.
  • Understanding of SaaS, APIs, and core web technologies.
