Role Overview
As a Client Success Manager (CSM) at Absorb, you will own client relationships while driving LMS adoption and measurable learning outcomes in a B2B SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop trusted, strategic relationships to drive retention and loyalty.
- Manage the client lifecycle from onboarding through renewal.
- Guide clients in designing and optimizing learning programs using Absorb LMS.
- Measure program effectiveness and demonstrate ROI.
- Deliver training, best practices, and enablement sessions.
- Monitor client health, identify risks, and create action plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Professional Services.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS, ideally LMS or EdTech.
- Background as a Learning & Development practitioner.
- Strong client-facing and consultative skills.
- Understanding of SaaS, APIs, and core web technologies.
