Role Overview
Nerdy is seeking experienced Sales Representatives to own the full sales cycle and guide families toward personalized learning solutions through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume discovery calls with prospective families
- Apply consultative selling techniques to uncover needs
- Build trust and urgency through value-driven conversations
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Training & Schedule
- Fully remote position
- Paid virtual training (6 weeks)
- Permanent split-shift schedule after training
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years sales or account management experience
- Proven success in quota-carrying roles
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
Compensation & Benefits
- $41,600 base salary plus $12,000 variable compensation target
