Role Overview

The Maryland Technology Enterprise Institute (Mtech) seeks a Web and Visual Design Lead for xFoundry to own end-to-end visual and front-end execution of the organization’s brand and digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain responsive websites and site architecture.
  • Produce high-quality visual assets for web, social media, print, and presentations.
  • Integrate websites with CMS platforms, APIs, and AI-enabled services.
  • Manage the full website lifecycle from concept to launch and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical, and leadership stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Web Development, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–5 years in a hybrid web development and visual design role.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Webflow or similar platforms.
