Role Overview

Curriculum Associates is seeking a Senior Director, IT Business Partnering to lead enterprise technology strategy and execution across the organization. This senior leadership role partners with executive stakeholders to translate business strategy into technology-enabled outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as senior technology thought partner to executive and senior leaders.
  • Set multi-year enterprise IT roadmaps aligned to business strategy.
  • Lead enterprise governance, prioritization, and portfolio management.
  • Partner with Technology Centers of Excellence including Salesforce, Workday, Microsoft/Azure, and Data & Insights.
  • Lead and develop a global team of IT Business Partners and Directors.

Requirements

  • 12–18 years of enterprise technology or digital transformation experience.
  • 7–10 years in senior leadership roles with globally distributed teams.
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, data platforms, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
