Role Overview
Western Governors University (WGU) is seeking a Multimedia Content Designer III to champion and develop visual and multimedia standards that support engaging, learner-centered online education experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable visual and multimedia design standards.
- Collaborate with product, design, and development teams in an agile environment.
- Create high-quality multimedia assets including video, audio, animation, and visual designs.
- Lead media projects and mentor peers on best-practice content design.
- Apply UX/UI principles, accessibility standards, and user-centered design methods.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of professional experience in multimedia or visual design.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Articulate 360, Sketch, InVision.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI, responsive design, and web accessibility.
