The Principal Software Product Manager is the most senior individual contributor within the Product organization at Western Governors University. The role focuses on developing strategic product roadmaps and delivering end-to-end user experiences across the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Own complex products and strategies spanning multiple product domains.
- Collaborate with senior and executive leaders to solve critical business problems.
- Develop and evangelize product vision and strategy.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, UX designers, and stakeholders.
