Role Overview
The RFP/Proposal Writer secures high-value K-12 and SLED contracts by preparing compliant, persuasive bids aligned to district requirements. This remote-first role also builds scalable systems to identify, track, and optimize bid opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end proposal development for RFI, RFQ, and RFP solicitations.
- Ensure compliance with K-12/SLED procurement regulations.
- Identify new solicitations and advise on bid/no-bid decisions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams.
- Maintain proposal records, analyze win/loss data, and manage RFP platforms.
Qualifications
- Expertise navigating K-12 procurement and SLED regulations.
- Strong project management for multiple time-critical proposals.
- Ability to translate complex EdTech concepts into value-based narratives.
- Experience with proposal management tools and scalable systems.
