Role Overview

The Director of 1:1 Admissions Consulting leads the growth and delivery of Kaplan's premium advising practice, driving revenue and client satisfaction through sales leadership and high-quality advising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and consultation volume
  • Lead sales as a player-coach and personally conduct consultations
  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage admissions consultants
  • Monitor and improve client satisfaction and engagement quality
  • Partner with marketing to align campaigns and lead generation
  • Represent Kaplan through webinars, events, and speaking engagements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years leadership experience in education or advising
  • Strong consultative sales, communication, and analytical skills
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of college admissions processes
