Role Overview
The Senior Engineering Director will lead the engineering team building College Board’s Teamship work-based learning platform, enabling nationwide scale and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and define engineering strategy.
- Build and manage a high-performing, diverse engineering team.
- Collaborate with product, design, and business partners.
- Oversee secure, scalable web applications and cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Agile software development experience.
- Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and AWS.
- Experience managing engineering teams and complex products.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
