Role Overview
The ELL Teacher is a state-certified educator responsible for delivering online instruction to K–12 students through Florida Cyber Charter Academy (FLCCA), a Stride K12 partner school.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver synchronous and asynchronous online instruction
- Personalize learning and differentiate instruction
- Monitor student progress using Stride K12 systems
- Communicate regularly with students and parents
- Prepare students for standardized testing
- Travel occasionally for testing and professional development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Active Florida teaching license with ESOL and Reading endorsements
- Ability to pass background check

This is a full-time, remote position based in Florida with occasional travel. Start date is July 20, 2026.
