Leads and optimizes ATS platforms and talent acquisition operations to ensure efficient, compliant, and data-driven hiring across a K–12 education technology organization.

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager leads and optimizes talent acquisition systems, processes, and tools to support organizational hiring goals. This role serves as the primary administrator and strategic owner of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a collaborative Talent Acquisition administrative team.
  • Serve as the strategic lead and administrator for the ATS and onboarding platforms.
  • Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and vendors to ensure system integrations and data accuracy.
  • Develop dashboards and KPIs to measure recruiting efficiency and compliance.
  • Oversee background checks, I-9, E-Verify, and pre-boarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring-related laws and regulations.
  • Plan and execute training on ATS and talent acquisition processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in recruiting operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 10+ years of Talent Acquisition Operations experience.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Experience as an ATS system administrator.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition. Priority is given to candidates able to work up to two days per week from the Tempe, AZ office, with remote options in Pacific or Mountain time zones.
