Role Overview
The AI Delivery Lead coordinates and manages the adoption and operational integration of AI and automation across NWEA's products and programs, improving speed, quality, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an AI & Automation utilization portfolio with status, risks, and outcomes
- Coordinate pilots, evaluations, and reuse of AI capabilities
- Create SOPs, guidelines, and training for AI tool adoption
- Align AI initiatives with capacity planning and agile delivery
- Define KPIs and build dashboards and executive scorecards
- Ensure adherence to AI governance, privacy, and compliance policies
Requirements
- 2-4+ years in content operations, project coordination, or assessment production
- Experience in EdTech and familiarity with assessment or content development
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Comfort with AI-assisted tools and prompting basics
Additional Information
Remote role within the United States. Salary range $82k-$90k annually.
