Role Overview
The Instructional Technology Associate is a hands-on production and design role within the Center for Teaching and eLearning at Baylor College of Medicine. The role focuses on designing and delivering high-impact digital learning experiences across biomedical sciences, health professions training, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Build interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Rise 360, HTML/CSS, ensuring WCAG AA accessibility.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to translate storyboards into online courses.
- Produce and edit video content, animations, and motion graphics.
- Design visual assets for eLearning, presentations, print, and digital platforms.
- Support WordPress websites and LMS platforms including Blackboard and Canvas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Two years of related experience.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with video production and eLearning tools.
