Role Overview
EAB Research Advisory Services (RAS) provides consultative support and expert advice to higher education and K-12 institutions. Advisors work directly with senior leaders to deliver research-informed guidance through presentations, workshops, and consultations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain expertise across research terrains including AI, enrollment technology, teaching and learning, student success, and financial sustainability.
- Deliver EAB insights through phone consultations, virtual meetings, conferences, and on-campus presentations.
- Diagnose partner challenges, guide decisions, and recommend viable solutions.
- Collaborate with customer success and sales teams to support partner delivery and new client development.
- Generate original insights and content such as blog posts, briefings, and presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years professional experience, or advanced degree with 4+ years experience.
- Experience working with senior education leaders or as a consultant/advisor.
- Strong verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate data-driven insights through compelling narratives.
Additional Information
This role requires 40–50% travel and may be based in Washington, D.C., Richmond, VA, or remotely within the continental United States.
