Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the lifecycle of office locations, including openings and expansions
  • Manage landlord, broker, vendor, and contractor relationships
  • Oversee budgets, negotiations, and cost discipline
  • Build and manage multi-site office operations teams
  • Develop scalable facilities, IT, and workplace systems
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership on workplace initiatives
  • Travel regularly to maintain standards across locations

Requirements

  • 8+ years managing multi-site workplace or facilities operations
  • Experience supporting 300+ employees across U.S. offices
  • Strong vendor management, budgeting, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with frequent travel
