Role Overview
Nerdy is seeking experienced Sales Representatives to own the full sales cycle and guide families toward personalized learning solutions through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume discovery calls with prospective families
- Apply consultative selling techniques to recommend tailored learning solutions
- Build trust and urgency through value-driven conversations
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of sales or account management experience preferred
- Proven success in quota-carrying roles
- Ability to work full-time split-shift schedule including evenings and weekends
- Stable, distraction-free remote work environment
