Role Overview
Chegg Skills is hiring a Senior Product Analyst to improve how learners experience products across content, features, and user flows. The role partners with Product, Learning Science, and Engineering to turn insights into action.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze learner experience across content, features, and user flows
- Define metrics for learning quality, persistence, and proficiency
- Develop dashboards for learner progress and program health
- Design and analyze experiments including A/B and multivariate tests
- Translate insights into product and design decisions
- Integrate AI as an internal analytics enabler
Requirements
- 3–6 years experience in product or business analytics
- Advanced SQL and fluency in Python or R
- Experience with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and behavioral modeling
- Dashboarding experience with Tableau or Looker
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
