Role Overview
The Manager of Professional Learning leads a team supporting implementations and adoptions of Curriculum Associates programs across the West Region, partnering with educators and district leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full- and part-time Professional Learning Specialists and Consultants
- Develop and deliver implementation plans and professional learning for educators
- Analyze assessment and instructional data to support outcomes
- Partner with sales, partner success, and internal teams
- Monitor performance metrics, staffing, onboarding, and coaching
- Build strong relationships with district and site leaders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years managing teams responsible for district-wide edtech implementations
- 2+ years coaching teachers and delivering professional learning
- 2+ years of teaching experience
- Strong communication, organization, and data analysis skills
Additional Information
Pay Range: $81,500 - $139,500. Travel required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
