Role Overview

The Manager of Professional Learning leads a team supporting implementations and adoptions of Curriculum Associates programs across the West Region, partnering with educators and district leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage full- and part-time Professional Learning Specialists and Consultants
  • Develop and deliver implementation plans and professional learning for educators
  • Analyze assessment and instructional data to support outcomes
  • Partner with sales, partner success, and internal teams
  • Monitor performance metrics, staffing, onboarding, and coaching
  • Build strong relationships with district and site leaders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years managing teams responsible for district-wide edtech implementations
  • 2+ years coaching teachers and delivering professional learning
  • 2+ years of teaching experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and data analysis skills

Additional Information

Pay Range: $81,500 - $139,500. Travel required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
