Role Overview
The Regional Vice President, Account Partners leads and develops a high-performing team of Account Partners to drive renewal, expansion, and growth across Fortune 1000 customers. This role sets strategic direction, coaches leaders, and partners cross-functionally to deliver value and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Partners.
- Own expansion and renewal targets across enterprise accounts.
- Guide strategic account planning and executive engagement.
- Serve as escalation point for complex customer issues.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance.
Requirements
- 8+ years enterprise account management or consultative sales experience.
- 5+ years people management or team leadership.
- Experience selling into Fortune 500/1000 organizations.
- Strong executive presence and coaching capability.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
Additional Information
Hybrid role with in-person collaboration at a U.S. hub location at least two days per week.
