Role Overview

The AI Specialist, Executive Operations partners with senior leaders to integrate AI into executive workflows, decision-making, and leadership effectiveness. This role focuses on behavior, processes, and strategy rather than software development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Map executive tasks into multi-step AI-enabled workflows
  • Deliver one-on-one and small-group executive coaching on AI use
  • Design and deliver executive-level AI training and workshops
  • Develop playbooks and templates for responsible AI use
  • Advise leaders on AI risks, limitations, and ethical considerations
  • Translate AI trends into actionable executive insights

Requirements

  • 3+ years hands-on experience with generative AI in a business context
  • Ability to work credibly with senior leaders
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and rapidly evolving environments

Additional Information

Location: Remote/Hybrid within the United States with periodic travel. Compensation includes base salary and eligibility for a bonus plan.
