Role Overview
The Learning & Development Advisor leads the organization’s learning technology ecosystem and digital delivery approach, blending learning expertise with platform ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve the LMS and connected platforms
- Drive roadmap planning, system optimization, governance, automation, and reporting
- Explore practical applications of AI and emerging technologies
- Design and deliver scalable learning solutions and onboarding experiences
- Build structured role-based learning pathways and open-enrollment curriculum
- Partner with COEs, HRBPs, and leaders to assess needs and implement solutions
Additional Information
This is a hybrid role based near the West Bend office with at least three in-office days per week.
