Role Overview
Carrum Health is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to architect and scale internal education programs for care teams in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create training materials including slide decks, workshops, e-learning modules, and shadowing guides.
- Own re-organization and updates of the Confluence knowledge base with SMEs.
- Manage end-to-end training logistics, scheduling, and onboarding.
- Manage feedback forms and support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with QA, Care Ops, and Product to align training with roadmap.
- Track content development using tools like Jira.
Requirements
- 3+ years in L&D, Corporate Training, or Instructional Design.
- Expert-level use of G-Suite, Slack, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Experience with health operations software.
- Proficiency with instructional design frameworks.
Additional Information
Remote-first role in the United States with salary range $80,000-$90,000 plus equity and bonus.
