Role Overview
Pearson’s Clinical Assessment Training Services team seeks a part-time Advanced Associate, Education Specialist to deliver professional development and training for early childhood assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver web-based and onsite product training
- Provide professional development for educators and clinicians
- Adapt standardized training materials to customer needs
- Respond to correspondence within 48 hours
- Attend monthly consultant meetings
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
- 15+ years experience in educational environments
- 5+ years administering and training on early childhood assessments
- Proficiency with Zoom and Microsoft Office tools
- Availability 6–8 days per month; travel as needed
Additional Information
This is a needs-based, part-time hourly role. Compensation ranges from $30 to $110 per hour depending on scope and complexity.
